How do I ask for a change?
By email, phone or text. You talk directly to the people who do the work.
Is it a monthly plan or one-off work?
Either. Some clients want ongoing maintenance, others need one problem fixed. One-off work is priced before we start.
What access do you need?
Access to the website admin and the hosting account. We recommend a separate user for us, which you can remove at any time.
